Job Description:


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client
  • Would be POC to the client for daily deliverables/ execution.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in stated TAT.
  • Understand the client’s goals, challenges, to provide tailored solution


Project Management

  • Oversee the execution of client deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate within internal teams/cross functional teams to meet client expectations.
  • Track project milestones and ensure regular status updates to the client.


Problem-Solving

  • Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues that arises
  • Act as an advocate for the client internally to ensure their needs are prioritized.


Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless execution.


Market Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Job Requirement:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing accounts.


Skills:

  • A highly motivated , optimistic individual with exceptional verbal and written.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge about Video editing software ,Graphics and copy writing is Plus
